Last Night’s Comedy in Mascot

Thanks to the huge friendly audience who turned up for our first comedy night at The Newmarket Hotel in Mascot!

It was a great night of laughs, fueled by top-notch food and drinks at ‘The Newy’!

The night began with our hilarious MC Ray Cashman taking the stage and setting the laugh-bar nice and high for the night.

Next on stage was David Poltorak who has shown how adept he is at filling a room with laughter. Last night was no exception. David revealed that he is a big fan of a particular smash repairer and our audience could easily understand why: David smashed it on stage!

Get used to seeing a lot more of our next comedian: Suren Jayemanne recently filmed a solo TV comedy special for ABC! Even if you don’t remember his name, it’s hard to forget how hard he can make you laugh!

Keeping the laugh-rate nice and high was Stephanie Broadbridge who gave us some brilliant insights into work and who it is for (and who it is not for)!

Another Kiwi success story that we are helping re-brand as Aussie is the very funny Te Rina Taite. Te enlightened us on the high-carb value of love.

The comedy stylings of Lizzy Hoo kept the laughs coming!

…And the last hilarious act of the first part of our show was Dane Hiser. From his fitness class to his love-life, Dane kept us in stitches!

The multiple-award-winning comedian Thao Thanh Cao started off the second part of our show with some tips for economical eating!

The outrageously funny Peter Meisel was our second-last act of the night.

Topping off an incredible show was the razor-sharp Christina Van Look. Christina revealed the place of religion in marriage as well as the unusual entertainment ideas she shares with her family!
